POSITION AVAILABLE: Carpenter

WBC is a building company focusing on high-end residential projects mainly in the Eastern Suburbs, Mosman and Northern Beaches. We specialize in architecturally designed alterations and additions, new builds, and all types of residential renovations. The position is offered by RJ Batt Builder Pty Ltd trading as WBC Projects.

Role:  We are actively seeking a full-time carpenter who is motivated to join our team for  ongoing work in high-end residential projects and has experience in the industry. 

These are our Requirements for the Role:

• Valid NSW Carpentry Licence
• Valid NSW Drivers Licence  
• OH&S White Card
• Work experience in the residential building industry
• Proven experience of high-end residential construction & renovation
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills 
• Execute the role to an extremely high standard
• A genuine passion for high-end finishes
• Able to read and execute construction plans
• Has own tools
• Has own vehicle
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility between supervision, problem-solving and hands-on requirements
• Someone willing to work in all areas of Construction.
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic – polite, respectful and works well with others
• You will be required to Perform all duties to the best of your ability at all times.
• You will be required to promote and protect the interests of WBC Projects.
• You will follow all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by WBC Projects
• You will be required to work at our various sites including Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and North Shore of Sydney and also regional areas of NSW.

SALARY:

Salary Range $80000 to $90000 depending on experience and qualifications.
